Description
This workshop is a derivative of ACQ 315, Understanding Industry, the 4.5 day DAWIA Level III course that looks at the 'hows', 'whats', and 'whys' of the industry that supports DoD. In this workshop participants will look at industry through the lenses of the macro landscape; strategic planning; private sector financials and indirect costs; supply/supply chain matters; business development and capture/proposal processes; partnering; competiveness, and industry motivations and incentives. The length and content of the workshop can be tailored to specific command interests.
