Description
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-report personality inventory based on the theory of psychological type developed by Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung. It is the most widely used instrument for understanding normal personality differences, with over two million being administered annually in the U.S., as well as being used internationally and having been translated into more than 30 languages.
