Description
Imagine an approach to being a leader in Defense Acquisition that is not so much about one way of leading as it is about exploring your dominant leadership style and exploiting your not-so-dominant leadership styles. How would that change the future you create? This course discusses the Five Dimensions of Leadership, an important topic for the person taking responsibility to affect the personal change necessary to realize their vision of becoming a leader in Defense Acquisition.

This is an Online Training (OLT) course. MOSAIC is the only self-paced leader development program developed exclusively for Defense Acquisition professionals. All courses provide leadership learning and development opportunities specifically tailored by DoD subject matter experts in all functional disciplines to address Defense Acquisition problems within a Defense Acquisition setting.
