Description
Acquisition Leadership Development Workshops (ALDWs) were designed for intact teams to help them explore, develop, and refine their leadership skills, together. With few exceptions, each ALDW module (e.g. Recognizing Leadership Differences, Change Leadership, Leading in Different Environments, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Managing Conflict to name a few) is a standalone topic. However, the modules work together synergistically since they create a greater working level knowledge of the integrated leadership dynamic. ALDWs generally range in duration from 1-4 days depending on organizational needs. ALDWs can be applied to grow leadership skills in junior personnel, or perhaps help senior leaders more rigorously explore complex and impending leadership challenges they sometimes face. ALDWs are also a very flexible learning construct and customized to address organizational imperatives at all levels, especially those that pave the way for high-performance teams.
