Description
This is a virtual instructor led training (VILT) course that integrates self-learning and formal instruction and facilitation. Learners are introduced to the requirements and process associated with DCMAs role in the review of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) as outlined in current DCMA issuances. This is a robust, engaging and interactive course that facilitates self-guided discovery and promotes critical thinking skills using realistic artifacts (including ECP forms, drawings, technical data packages, etc.) in scenarios the DCMA engineer will encounter in a typical work environment.

  • 4-hours of pre-work is required to be completed prior to classroom attendance. During a 2-week period preceding the classroom segment, students are required to participate in and complete pre-work that is integral to the final course grade. Additional information will be provided by the instructor in the welcome messaging for each course offering.
  • Virtual classes are conducted via MS Teams.
  • All times are in the local time zone of the DAU region assigned to teach the offering.
