Description
This Online Training (OLT) module takes you step by step through the process of preparing an effective plan for a business proposal. A business plan takes the abstract goals of an organization or team and makes them concrete and actionable. Learn how to create a living document that will showcase an opportunity or idea and outline how your organization can make it a reality. You will learn to:
  • Prepare to create a business plan.
  • Introduce your organization, its people, and its objectives within a business plan.
  • Indicate the opportunity and competitive differentiators within a business plan.
  • Define your approach to marketing and operations within a business plan.
  • Show your current financial status and projected results within a business plan.
