Provides an overview of the DoD Risk, Issue, & Opportunity Management Guide, and explores a step-by-step process to plan, identify, analyze, mitigate/correct, and monitor risks, issues, and opportunities.

    Diverse integrated team(s) working on a program or some aspect of a program should attend. Intact teams will benefit most, but individual personnel representing a cross section of an organization can also benefit. There may be multiple teams from a program office attending the workshop.
