Description
This self-paced workshop prepares participants to undertake basic Project Management tasks, from initiation to closure. In this workshop you will learn the globally accepted standards, fundamentals, and principles for planning and executing project management. This workshop is focused on giving participants a useful foundation and flexible framework that can be applied in a multitude of situations from basic planning and leadership of tasks to formal project manager assignment(s). Lessons will be accompanied by appropriate assessments. This workshop does not provide any formal certification or satisfy any prerequisite for certification in Project Management. Students will have 30 days to complete in a self-paced environment. Instructor-led delivery for organizations by request only.
