Description
This workshop focuses on risks facing today’s DoD within the broad realm of supply chain. Utilizing systematic methods and technical skills to identify Supply Chain Management risks. Recognize Cyber-attacks in supply chain and potential impact on program management and warfighting outcomes. Counterfeit parts and manufacturing is also a continuing problem for critical parts and sometimes related to cybersecurity. Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage (DMSMS) and Obsolescence problems continues to affect DoD Supply Chain and creates risk for the warfighters.
