Description
This Online Training (OLT) course will help the learner to understand the fundamental concepts of quality assurance (QA) and quality surveillance. You will be introduced to the process approach to quality, measurement standards and tools, data collection and analysis concepts, root cause analysis and counterfeit mitigation.

Target Attendees
The typical student is a member of the Defense Acquisition workforce in the ETM functional area. The student should be ETM-certified at the practitioner level. Their on-the-job skillset is in a technical DoD acquisition career, although other acquisition disciplines are not excluded. Their primary objective in taking this course is to understand Quality Assurance concepts and application of Quality Assurance principles to contract quality surveillance.
