Description
Workshop focusing on advanced issues in Other Transactions (OTs) and facilitating conversations across attendees on lessons learned in specialized areas including but not limited to follow-on production contracts and awards under 10 U.S.C. 4022, combinations of OTs with middle-tier authority or the software pathways, and challenges in OT administration.
Objectives
  • Creativity in developing a tailored plan specific to the objective in an outcome-driven manner
  • Ability to effectively administer OTs
  • Business acumen, ability and flexibility to develop innovative OT approaches and agreements in a less structured environment
  • Target Attendees
    DOD Program executives, Logisticians, Engineers, Contracts, Legal, Financial Management
    Prerequisite(s)
    While there are no formal prerequisites for this workshop, it is intended for practitioners experienced in other transactions and assumed a working knowledge of the statutory authority (10 U.S.C. 4022).
