Description
This is an online training (OLT) course. Over the years, industry has evolved its software development methodologies in various ways. Learners can explore key modern software development terminology, concepts and practices. We'll look at traditional project management and its relationship to Agile, Lean and Dev Ops. Approaches covering requirements, deliverables, architecture, and modern roles and responsibilities also offer valuable insights on how to stay current in the dynamic and fast paced software development landscape. Learners will gain a deeper understanding of key concepts related to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines that position programs for better quality coding, more comprehensive testing practices, and a clear path to incorporate robust cybersecurity measures at every step of the software life cycle. These concepts are designed to enhance our effectiveness at delivering quality, secure, and timely software critical to our warfighters. For those already familiar with software and cybersecurity best practices, you will be given an opportunity to test through the course before viewing the content.
