Description
This Online Training (OLT) course covers foundational aspects of contract terminations. Specifically, this course provides a working knowledge of the types of terminations, causes for termination, the termination process and handling the settlement contracts in the best interest of the Government. Students should be aware that CMC 1500 was developed for DCMA and uses DCMA document templates. Class instruction concentrates upon FAR and DFARS principles which apply across all services.
