Applied Integrated Program Management is an instructor-led classroom (CLRM) course in which students will practice using Earned Value Management (EVM) as an integrated program management tool. This course will be hands-on and analysis-based with mostly team-based exercises culminating in a capstone Integrated Program Management (IPM) presentation.
