Description
This Online Training (OLT) course is the second course in the Intellectual Property and Data Rights series. As required per DODI 5010.44, each DoD program will have a robust Intellectual Property (IP) strategy to identify and manage the full spectrum of IP and related matters from the inception of a program and updated throughout entire product life cycle. The Intellectual Property and Data Rights course provides a foundational understanding of what is IP, the impact of IP on the DOD, and the unique licensing aspects the DOD may use for IP.
