Description
This Online Training (OLT) micro-course focuses on recognizing what Agile means from a commercial perspective. It answers what Agile is and why Agile results in better, faster, cheaper and easier capability development for any customer. Agile is all about small batch processing (which is always easier to create and manage) and automating as much as possible to remove human error from the process. DAU Professors have researched and selected the best of the best lectures from University of Virginia and University of Alberta on this subject.
