Description
This Online Training (OLT) course contains four lessons that examine what motivates a company to pursue business with the Government, the barriers to entry a company may face, and the activities and processes it takes for a company to be successful. The course examines why a company chooses to partner with another company and the types of partnerships it might consider. The course examines the long-term activities involved in executing a sales plan and recognizing the stages of capture management and proposal planning. The course explores how company leaders execute sales plans and how they evaluate the company's capability to satisfy the solicitation requirements and review the elements of a proposal. Finally, the course considers how a company prepares its offer in response to the Request for Proposal including its approach to a winning strategy, pricing considerations, and the proposal and potential performance risk factors it considers before submitting a proposal.
