Description
This virtual instructor-led training (VILT) course provides the foundational overview of the common law, statutory and regulatory aspects that impact Government acquisition while exploring specific fiscal law aspects and contract administration matters. It is an extremely interactive course that also examines, through application of case readings and exercises, the objective analysis and understanding of the the legal concepts

  • Pre-work includes reading cases and submitting a written summation of each case prior to the start of class.
  • There is also approximately 10 hours of homework case reading required after the course starts. These cases are available on MS Teams. It is recommended that students read most of the cases prior to reporting for this course. These readings are separate from the pre-course reading material (approx 10 hours).
  • Virtual classes are conducted via MS Teams.
  • All times are in the local time zone of the DAU region assigned to teach the offering.
  • Students are required to test connectivity with DAU IT prior to the class start date.
