Description
In this workshop participants will be introduced to sources of pricing data, learn how to develop and document an IGCE, and understand how and why an IGCE is used.
Objectives
Objectives:
  • Understand why an IGCE is necessary
  • Learn how an IGCE is used
  • Identify sources of economic, cost, and/or pricing data
  • Learn the importance of communication with Contract Officers while developing an IGCE
    Critical performance behaviors:
  • IGCEs will be sufficiently documented
  • Participants will prepare high quality IGCEs
  • IGCEs will be useful to Contracting Officers when comparing requiring activities expectations with actual contactor proposals
  • Less rework and time related to IGCE development, coordination, and approval
  • Target Attendees
    This workshop is designed for government personnel who have been, or may be assigned, to develop or approve an IGCE.
