Based on the renowned, worldwide bestseller, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective PeopleĀ® by Dr. Stephen R. Covey, this two-day workshop empowers frontline managers to effectively manage and engage their teams to achieve sustainable results. Its uniqueness is the lens of the 7 Habits framework-and the way it applies new mindsets, skills, and tools towards becoming a great team leader who can consistently deliver results. The 7 Habits for Managers workshop is an intensive, application-oriented learning experience that focuses on the fundamentals of leadership. The goal is for the attendees to use the tools from the workshop to focus their efforts on what is important in the execution of their missions. The workshop shows how leaders/managers move from dependent to independent to interdependent leadership by managing themselves before attempting to manage others (and then managing others through letting them manage themselves against shared expectations).
Upon completion, the participant will be able to apply the following critical behaviors in the workplace:
