Product Support Infrastructure Credential brings together 4 on-line training (OLT) courses to combine four integrated product support elements: facilities and infrastructure, manpower & personnel, support equipment and training & training support. A credential scenario ties the competencies together through a site activation scenario. A summative examination must be completed to demonstrate learning.
