The Other Transaction (OT) credential provides training to understand when an OT is appropriate, how to best utilize the flexibilities afforded by Congress, how to structure an OT based on the actual requirement, and how to mitigate risk.

  • Predecessor courses may not be used to complete credential requirements.
  • This credential requires the completion of two Virtual Instructor-Led Courses (VILT): CON 2880V (Neg-OTA-tion 101) and CON 2990V (OTA Simulation). Priority for VILT courses goes to members of the Defense Acquisition Workforce. All others may find it difficult to complete these requirements if they have not already been completed at the time of enrollment in the credential.
  • All students must have a DAUID.
