This is an Online Training (OLT) course. Reverse Auctioning is a self-paced module that provides a basic introduction of a new, Internet-based contracting technique that is used by the DoD acquisition community to achieve significant cost savings through the use of e-commerce capabilities. The course is intended for entry- and middle-level acquisition managers who might use the Internet-based technique in their daily business environments.
