This continuous learning module provides concise Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) information for the Executive or Program Manager requiring an understanding of how DMSMS impacts their operations. DMSMS impacts multiple processes including reliability, maintainability, supply chain efficiency, funding, policy, procedure, and staffing.
