CLC 006 Contract Terminations
 Description
There are many ways to terminate the obligations of a contract. Most often, parties conclude their contract obligations by performing them. However, sometimes problems arise, and parties cannot or will not complete their obligations under the contract. By completing this Online Training (OLT) course, you will be able to prepare and process a termination notice when appropriate. You will accomplish the following objectives:
  1. Determine the need for a contract termination
  2. Determine the steps to terminate a contract for convenience
  3. Determine the steps to terminate a contract for cause
  4. Determine the steps to terminate a contract for default
