 Description
Technical Planning is one of the key Systems Engineering Technical Management Processes. This Online Training (OLT) course presents essential and practical technical planning guidance to assist students in formulating a sound technical planning approach and how it should be integrated into the overall program planning process. Described and illustrated in this module is the integration of tools like Earned Value Management and Risk Management with systems engineering processes and tools like Requirements Management, Technical Baseline Management, and Technical Reviews into a comprehensive approach for the overall technical planning processes of a program.
