Expanding on Part A, this course continues to reinforce the student’s knowledge and hone their analysis, synthesis, and evaluative skills through the use of individual examinations, case studies and team exercises. Students completing this course are expected to be effective leaders in program offices at the upper mid and senior level positions while serving in program management positions.
