EVM 202 Intermediate Earned Value Management
 Description
Professionals taking this classroom (CLRM) course will gain hands-on integrated program management skills. Working as members of an integrated product team for a large acquisition program, participants will experience Earned Value Management (EVM)-related processes associated acquisition strategy development, risk management, Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), and analysis during program execution.
