CMI 100 Integrated Program Reporting Basics
 Description
This Online Training (OLT) course introduces key aspects of Program Support fundamentals and how the multifunctional team supports internal and external stakeholders through functional surveillance, predictive analysis, and reporting. Participants will develop a fundamental awareness and understanding of regulations, policies, and guidelines as it relates to the Contract Management Team (CMT), Program Support Team (PST), and Support Program Support Team (SPST) surveillance and reporting. This course also introduces Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) multifunctional personnel to the reporting requirements used for successful predictive analysis and forecasting; terms and definitions; clauses and guidelines; and applicable DCMA policy.
