This is an Online Training (OLT) course. How you communicate with others is essential to your success, so don’t let your writing skills be an afterthought. Learn how to communicate clearly and concisely, connect with diverse audiences, and develop the ideas you want to share. You will learn to:
  • Clarify your purpose, audience, scope, and initial ideas before writing.
  • Organize content in a logical flow for your readers.
  • Write a first draft that represents your key ideas and structure.
  • Edit your writing for content, structure, style, and design.
