HBS 428 Negotiating
 Description
This is an Online Training (OLT) course. Negotiation is an essential management skill that will serve you every day in ways big and small. By learning to effectively prepare for and conduct a negotiation, you can maintain relationships, resolve conflict, and balance competing interests.

You will learn to:
  • Prepare for a negotiation.
  • Conduct single- and multiple-issue negotiations.
  • Finalize and carry out a negotiated agreement.
  • Overcome obstacles to a successful negotiation.
