This is an Online Training (OLT) course. Budgeting isn’t just for finance teams. Each decision a manager makes needs to take into account the resources that are available to them. Learning to budget ensures you can allocate resources wisely, communicate financial expectations, and keep teams on track with their budgets. You will learn to:
- Assemble the elements of an operating budget.
- Create a budget for capital outlays.
- Perform budget sensitivity analysis and analyze budget variances.
