WSB 008 Earned Value Management
Examines the Earned Value Management (EVM) process, which is key in establishing a realistic program baseline and can help identify program trends for technical, cost, or schedule performance.
Upon completion, participants can expect the following critical performance behaviors to result from this workshop:
  • Apply Earned Value Management Principles to DoD acquisition challenges
  • Engage with EVM professionals to accomplish organizational/PMO goals
  • Apply critical acquisition concepts and regulations to common situations Program Managers face on the job
  • Confidently apply individual subject matter expertise to support Earned Value Management and Contractor Oversight
  • Effectively evaluate the contractor's Performance Management Baseline and establish reasonable risk parameters
