Description |
This Online Training (OLT) course is based on the Department of Defense Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) Management Guide for Defense Acquisition Programs. Risk management is an integral part of program planning and execution regardless of the acquisition pathway. For the Acquisition of Services Pathway, this OLT helps the multi-functional team performing a services acquisition to manage risk as they progress through the three phases and seven steps of the Services Acquisition Process. This course also provides an opportunity for both the defense acquisition workforce and non-acquisition workforce to improve their understanding of risk management.
