Welcome to Modernizing Legacy DoD Programs. In this Online Training (OLT) course, you will recognize the reasons for transforming from a traditional DoD software program into a modern DoD software program. You will describe the planning and along with some of the methods for making this transformation to modern software development. You will also learn how to organize your program and contract for Agile-DevSecOps development when making your transformation.
