CMI 1500 Multifunctional Support to NASA  Description This Online Training (OLT) course teaches you how to apply the requirements of DCMA-MAN-3103-03, Volume 1, National Aeronautics and Space Administration Process Support and DCMA-MAN-3103, Volume 2, National Aeronautics and Space Administration Functional Support. Specifically, this course provides a working knowledge of the federal regulatory authority of the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to support NASA work. You will become familiar with the DCMA and NASA organizational structure. You will learn the process tasks required to support NASA delegations as well as specialized surveillance activities required to support NASA delegations. You will learn the requirements for review, acceptance and declination tasks for NASA Prime delegations and the importance of NASA Delegation Review (NDR). You will also learn to recognize when to re-delegate, accept or decline NASA redelegations and issue, transmit and close NASA redelegation in accordance with DCMA policy. You will be able to ensure compliance with the reimbursable process when providing support to NASA, a non-DoD Federal agency. Finally, you will learn to recognize the initial and sustainment training required to support NASA delegations.
