 Description
Total Ownership Cost (TOC) is the summation of the cost of acquiring and owning or converting an item of material, piece of equipment, or service and post-ownership cost. This course discusses some of the TOC considerations that influence DoD programs. This online training (OLT) course addresses some of these similarities and differences between TOC and Life Cycle Costs (LCC).
