| Description |
This Online Training (OLT) course - Supplier and Supply Chain Management – introduces supplier and supply chain management, outsourcing, offshoring, and offsets. The goal is for the acquisition workforce to be able to distinguish between supplier management and supply chain management, as well as gain knowledge about the relationship between amongst our prime contracts and their suppliers and subcontractors. The course also answers why companies outsource, offshore and provide offsets. Finally, we'll dig into the risks for the prime, their suppliers, and the supply chain as a whole.
