The DLEAD includes topics that will equip new DCMA supervisors with the knowledge and tools required to execute their roles in support of their subordinate DCMA employees. The topics/performance tasks supported are those that every new supervisor must know or be familiar with to be effective in their daily interactions with subordinates and management. Knowledge and performance acquisition will be reinforced through scenario-based learning and cohort collaboration during the VILT sessions.
