***This is an in-person classroom (CLRM) Instructor Led Training course. DAU Centralized Travel Funds are NOT authorized. If TDY will be required to attend this course, your organization must fund your TDY. Please contact your organization/agency training office for unit travel funds/Line of Accounting (LOA). DAU and the Component Acquisition Training Offices do not have the authority to provide travel funds/LOA.***

This classroom (CLRM) course provides training required to perform surveillance of contractor’s flight and ground operations IAW the contract and DCMA-INST 8210.1. DCMA AO and the Service Waiver Authority (SWA) have mandated that first-time learners attend this in-resident course, CMA 2410 - Government Flight & Ground Representative (GFR/G-GFR) not CMA 2410V. This is not a DAU requirement. Contact your Command and Service Waiver Authority (SWA) if you have questions on which offering you must attend.

This course is intended for rated U.S. Military officers and U.S. Military aircraft maintenance officers or NCOs (E-7 or above), or former U.S. Military aircraft maintenance officer/NCO Government civilian, to whom the Approving Authority will appoint responsibility for FAR 42.302 (a) 56; approval of contractor flights, Procedures, crewmembers, and ensuring contractor compliance with applicable provisions of the contract and DCMA INST 8210-1.

Additional Information:
- There is approximately 12 hours of self-paced coursework that must be completed prior to attending the classroom segment of this training. The self-paced content is comprised of reading, watching videos, research, and reflection.
- DCMA AO and the Service Waiver Authority (SWA) have mandated that first-time learners attend this in-resident course, CMA 241- Government Flight & Ground Representative (GFR/GGR) not CMA 241V. This is not a DAU requirement. Contact your Command if you have questions on which offering you must attend.
- Previous CMA 211 and CMA 221 graduates need not attend CMA 241 unless fulfilling the 5-year requalification requirement IAW DCMA INST 8210.1, paragraph 7.3.
- The CLPs assigned to this learning activity may be used to meet professional certification and/or licensure requirements (PDUs/CPE credits).
