CON 7510 Progress Payments
 Description
This online training (OLT) course provides an in-depth understanding of the administration of progress payments in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Participants will learn to effectively manage progress payments, ensuring contractor financial stability and government fiscal responsibility throughout contract execution. The course covers the identification of financing requirements, cost basis for progress payments, and key aspects of FAR references related to progress payments. Additionally, participants will gain proficiency in conducting comprehensive risk assessments, processing and reviewing contractor’s requests for progress payments, conducting fair value tests, and managing progress payment requests through MOCAS and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
