RQM 2500 Capabilities-Based Assessments
 Description
This Online Training (OLT) course, prepares students to be part of a Capabilities Based Assessment team. The course covers the CBA based on the content of the JCIDS manual. It walks through the three phases of the CBA and each of the eight steps within those three phases. It starts with how to determine the military problem or the tasks to be accomplished followed by assessing the capabilities existing in the current and programmed force. This results in identifying the capability gaps and operational risks. Finally, the course steers through developing recommended solutions across the DOTmLPF-P.
