The Parachutes Basic online training (OLT) course is designed presents specific concepts, facts, principles, processes, and procedures designed to aid DCMA personnel in effectively performing parachute systems contract surveillance as part of their commitment to Government Contract Quality Assurance (GCQA) and in accordance with DCMA Policies, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 46, other federal regulatory guidance, references, and best practices.
