The Buy American and Balance of Payments Program online training (OLT) module provides explanatory materials and practical examples that explain Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 25 Foreign Acquisition and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 225 Foreign Acquisition, which makes up the Buy American Statute. This module is intended for contract specialists and contracting officers. Learning and application objectives are supported by CON 260 Buy American Game, an optional asset, along with the DoD Decision Tool for Buy American located at DoD Decision Tool.
