Welcome to SWE 1010V Portfolio Modernization Planning. In this Virtual Instructor-Led (VILT) course we will be simulating one way to transition a traditional software development program to a modern program. This includes understanding and implementing a governance structure, identifying and deciding on all systems disposition for modernization, deciding where the systems are with respect to the four (4) categories of system attributes today and where you want them to be in the future, and deciding on a roadmap approach to making that transition.
