RQM 1510 Analysis of Alternatives
 Description
This Online Training (OLT) course trains Department of Defense personnel in the process used to conduct an Analysis of Alternatives. The AoA is the analytic process that DoD organizations use to make materiel solution decisions which balance cost, performance, schedule and risk in order to close or mitigate warfighter capability gaps.

This module is designed primarily for individuals who lead or directly support Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs). The intended audience encompasses individuals in the DoD's and defense industry's requirements, acquisition and resourcing communities. This course is open to military, civilian, and DoD support contractors.
