This Online Training (OLT) course trains Department of Defense personnel in the process used to conduct an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA). The AoA is the analytic process that DoD organizations use to make materiel solution decisions which balance cost, performance, schedule and risk in order to close or mitigate warfighter capability gaps.

The intended audience encompasses individuals in the DoD's and defense industry's requirements, acquisition and resourcing communities.
