Description |
In this Online Training (OLT) course, we will equip you to better understand risk when selecting contract type, developing your government objective, or constructing contract geometry on incentive contracts. We will look at guidance in FAR, DFARS, and DFARS PGI. This course will look at techniques for quantifying and measuring risk from sensitivity analyses to simulation tools. We will dispel the fallacy of summing the high, low, and most likely values in developing negotiation positions.
