Description |
This Online Training (OLT) course steps the learner through the price analysis technique of using historical prices paid to determine a fair and reasonable price. We will address adjusting for economic factors, differences in quantity, terms and conditions, material differences, and how to tackle those “similar” items. Along the way we will learn the techniques to forecast indices and model relationships between price and quantity.
