 Description
Workshop participants will learn and practice essential activities of the Agile Product Owner, such as:
  • Writing User Stories
  • Prioritizing a Product Backlog
  • Working within the Agile cross-functional team
  • Stakeholder Engagement
This workshop assumes the participants have a foundational knowledge of Agile principles and practices applied in a DoD acquisition context as presented in DAU's ACQ 1700 course.

This workshop can be tailored to the unique circumstances of your acquisition program's Product owner environment.
