HBS 448 Leading People
 Description
This is an Online Training (OLT) course. How can you become an effective and inspiring leader? Begin by defining your values and vision, and deepening your self-management skills. Then learn how to create the conditions for others to succeed—even when your team isn’t working in the same physical space.

You will learn to:
  • Deepen your understanding of what an effective leader does—and doesn’t—do.
  • Identify what you value as a leader and the vision you’re working to achieve.
  • Accomplish results by managing your emotions and by cultivating positive relationships.
  • Build mutual trust and take steps to restore trust if it’s been broken.
  • Create an inclusive environment in which everyone can perform at their best and grow in their role.
  • Help your team connect and collaborate, even when everyone isn’t in the same place.
